BreakBread Magazine Editors host studio-style workshops to provide our Literary Apprentices with one-on-one and peer-based feedback on writing projects.

Workshops are free, but registration is required.

  • Peer Workshop: Drafts are emailed up to 3 days before the session, and get feedback from the editor & your peers.

  • Open Studio: Just show up! Read us a poem, screen share a draft of your memoir, or a short story idea. We’ll talk about it!

  • 10-Minute Clinic: Bring a copy of a short poem, story, or narrative to share with the Editor, and they’ll hang out and talk to you 1:1 for about 10 minutes.

Sessions are held via Zoom and open to young creatives age 13-19 (in grades 7-12, or taking a gap year before college). All welcome!
